MEET THE CONSULTANT
Emani Figaro is a strategist, creative ecosystem architect, and community builder whose work sits at the intersection of education, culture, and innovation. A proud Chicago native and Spelman alumna, she brings experience from global brands like Nike, national institutions like UNCF, political stages like the Democratic National Committee, and cultural platforms like Essence Festival and LDRS1354. As the founder of Maison Mogul Consulting and the Maison Mogul Consulting Foundation, Emani has designed youth programs for schools across Chicago and Atlanta, built community initiatives with Adidas and The Whitaker Group, and led productions featuring leaders such as Vice President Kamala Harris. Currently pursuing her MBA in Strategy and Innovation at Georgia Tech, she blends academic rigor with real-world creative leadership to help organizations build purpose-driven, God-centered creative hubs.
Emaniβs mission is clear: to equip visionary leaders with the strategy, structure, and support to build ecosystems that educate, empower, and create lasting impact.
